* Make sure the camera cover glass is clean. For the best performance, it is essential that the cover glass is clean when taking a photo.
* Select a scene appropriate to the picture you're about to take, e.g. for a moving object, select Sport.
* Activate the Image stabilizer:
1. From standby, tap "Menu" > Cyber-shot™.
2. Tap the tool symbol (the touch option to the left).
3. Select Settings by using the Navigation key.
4. Tap the ticked box (the touch option in the middle) and highlight Stabilizer.
5. Tap the ticked box and highlight On.
6. Tap the ticked box and then tap the return symbol (the touch option to the right).
Note: The Image stabilizer is turned off when you're using flash.
* Press the Camera key half-way down and wait for the beep that indicates that the camera has focused on the object. Then press it right down to capture the photo.
